All of our painting projects come with a  two-year limited warranty (from the date of contract signing). Our warranty covers peeling and / or blistering due to improper workmanship, and will be effective only if the customer pays Monarch Finishing in full for work completed. Our painters will complete the work in full, on the original work quoted. Any additional pieces not contracted and worked on will not be included.

The warranty does not extend to the following situations:

1. Cracks in plaster and / or drywall, Paint supplied by our customers, Galvanized metal

2. Knots in the wood

3. Building settlement or shifting causing cracks or tape tears

4. Painting work where Monarch Finishing did not supply the paint

5. Damages caused by abuse or accident, defects caused by fire, flood, acts of god, extreme weather conditions, misuse, alterations, vandalism, negligence or other similar causes beyond the control of Monarch Finishing

6. Matching of paint (the paint can be matched closely, but rarely to perfection)

7. Moisture damage, mildew, rust, rotten wood, disintegrating metals etc.Moisture defects on surfaces

8. Decks, fences, stained exterior surfaces
