We first start with a phone call, or if there is not time, a confirmation of a specific time to come to your job site and quote your work

We come to your project and learn about your project, yourself, your needs, and what a perfect paint job would mean to you. From there we provide an on the spot price if we can, and strategy to accomplish your painting vision, with our technical, fair valued estimating system, and a date range of completion. We refer deeply to our past project guides, depending on the site style and product recommends to make sure its the right solution for you work.

We will agree upon a time to followup if not booked, and you will receive an online copy of the quote, with schedule AND next steps. We require a 20% down payment to book in the work, and create custom payment terms.

We start with your inspiration in mind, on a seperate meet, either before the job starts or the day of prep, and get samples on the wall, and a colour sign off so you are happy with the job. Colour remorse is something we avoid because we actually put the time in to devise a colour scheme, and apply real samples.

We first start the job with prepping drop-clothes, masking, specific strategies from the painting consult, and ensure all surfaces are ready to paint and primed if needed. If there are any concerns on prep, they are communicated immediately.

From there, painting begins, and we do our best to be continous on site. Site stoppage can happen due to drying, or additional prep, but once we are committed to a site, we have a crew of 2 to 10 painters depending on the size of job.

At the end of the work, our painters do walkthroughs, AND our site lead does a walkthrough, before presenting to the client. Sometimes day light at the end of the day affects the ability to close the job, so we are always willing to come back and ensure everything is tied up. We also sometimes bring on our owner and estimator to ensure pieces are finished when things get complex.

Our job finishes when we satisfy the agreed upon contract. Our biggest goal is to ensure the job looks great, and we have done everything we can, no matter the circumstance to make the client happy. Your finished work, your word and referral, means everything to us.
